The property had an excellent location. 10 min walk to everything - restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach.
Communication with Ewa and Sylvana was very good.
The property came with a parking spot which was key, since parking is a problem on these small streets. Just a word of warning, if you have a large car/suv, it may be a problem to fit in the thin garage. In other words, rent a smaller car!
