"I wanted something different than the ordinary. I was struck by the photos and descriptions. Even though a wide angle lens was used, but I knew that. The house was nicely furnished with virtually all one could need in the kitchen. My sister and I are both over 70 and the stairs were a bit challenging as they were steep. The WC is on the bottom floor only so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. But that is very clear in the information. Our hostess was very kind and available!!...

"We loved this beautiful apt. and loved the location. The apt. is large and bright and we had everything we needed. We loved walking across the river and thru the beautiful park to get to the castle. Richard was so friendly and helpful and we want to go back again for sure. The terrace is also wonderful--wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. "Un très bon séjour chez Jean-Paul et Isabelle, qui sont de merveilleux hôtes.Le logement n'est pas très grand mais extrêmement bien équipé, et comprend tout ce qu'il faut pour bien accueillir 2 personnes.A côté de cela, le "gîte" dispose d'un formidable niveau de services : une piscine très agréable, un barbecue, un espace "bar" ombragé (idéal pour se poser l'après-midi à l'abri du soleil), une table d'échec, un babyfoot, un espace pétanque...Et le meilleur : l'accueil de Jean-Paul et Isabelle....

"We just stayed one night and it was in a great location. It was right across from the medieval fortress. My room was very nice and clean. I had some trouble with the heat and patio door, but the receptionist attended to the matter immediately and solved the issue. We enjoyed the lounge area to meet with family and enjoyed cocktails and a snack. There didn’t seem like too many guests were in the hotel as we had the lounge to ourselves which was nice and almost private. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection for each of us all served at our table. The only disappointment was that my boiled egg was not cooked to my liking. I had asked for it to be well done and it was cooked soft. Other than that, everything was good. We didn’t use the facilities other than the lounge as we were only there for the night. It was a very pleasant experience to spend reuniting with family and would recommend this hotel if you want to see the medieval town. Great location! "
