The breakfast was fresh and tasty, the only desire was flavored creamer options for my coffee.Rooms are clean and security felt great.

The rooms are nice. I was a little disappointed to find out there would be a hold of 80 dollars each day on a credit card

Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places.

The hotel was very nice and the location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. The breakfast was also a huge plus. The selection was great and the staff did a terrific job of keeping things clean and well stocked. It was very efficiently run. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chicago.
