This light-flooded apartment with modern furnishings is located on the ground floor and offers space for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living/dining area with a well-equipped separate kitchenette. Wi-Fi, fans and cable TV are also included. Outside you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture and a view of the community pool as well as the well-tended gardens of the complex. There is also a children's pool and an area with sun loungers. The holiday apartment provides the ideal base for a diversified and relaxing holiday. A playground for the little guests is one kilometre away and shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and the beach are within a radius of 550 m and can be reached within a few minutes' walk.



Parking spaces are available on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is no heating.

This can be paid at reception upon arrival. The pool will be open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. Please note that during the winter season complementary services in Son Bou and the complex are limited so we recommend hiring a car.
