"The apartments are really great, they have everything you could need really, also having such big balcony areas with table and sun loungers is a massive bonus! Pool area was so lovely, very clean and new. Gorgeous beach only about a 5 minute walk away where you can hire 2 beds a day for only €15. Spar right next door with everything you could need. Not loads to do / places to eat around the area so would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore. Overall would highly recommend we had the most relaxing week :)"
"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."
"The hotel is spacious, no feeling of crowd, plenty of loungers available. We had all inclusive, plenty of tasty food, no issues at all in the large buffet restaurant"
"Good location, place is definitely in need of modernisation, pool was good but only open 10-6.
Overall ok value but very basic dated rooms also as it’s a bungalow so very open to all sorts of bugs. "
"Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy
Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean.
Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families.
Healthy 7 out of 10."
"The staff are very helpful and friendly, always smiling 😊
The room was good, with a small sea view from the balcony. I noticed a few small ants in the kitchen cupboards, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, everything was fine and quite average. The network coverage in the room could be improved."
