Ho visitato 3 stanze, tutte con traccie evidenti e con muffa per perdite d’acqua a tetto dal condizionatore centralizzato. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza con doccia, ma adattata a bagno per portatori di handicap, sicchè niente box doccia o tenda e acqua dappertutto tanto da infradicire la cornice della porta d’ingresso del bagno ..., cassaforte dell’armadio non funzionante in due stanze su tre delle stanze visitate....

La climatisation obsolète qui sent le vieux à plein nez ! Bruits d’aspirateur à 22:00 !!! La chambre louée au sous-sol était très humide. L’odeur d’un désodorisant ou insecticide rendait l’air de la chambre irrespirable.

Nice pool, breakfast was ok but nothing special, very small room for 3 adults (one child bed and 2 regular single beds. Reported to the reception but did not sort out), room window facing a corner of the hotel (a wall), one socket in the room not fitting with Italian regular plugs. Staff was apparently nice but not keen to sort problems asking for more money (e.g. charging for an extra dry towel to use at the end of the day to take shower). Old fashioned rom furniture.

It's a nice Hotel near the temples and near the beach, it has a very nice and very large pool that was great. The only issue was the check in and check out. We shouldn't need to leave our passports with the employees and the check out was very long and they had 3 people, but only one computer so 2 people were just standing there while the line was about 20 min.

Beautiful property - outstanding pool. Peaceful feeling to the property. Close to the Valley of the Temples which were the purpose of our visit. Francesca at the front desk was exceptionally helpful & the fact that she was Italian American now living in Sicily was a big plus for our group in terms of getting timely & accurate information.

I had booked a night for 18 JUN 2019 for my wife and I. Separately, a friend, traveling with us, booked a room. A few days before the trip our friend received an e-mail telling her there was a problem with her room and they were booking her on a "comparable" hotel. My wife and I were already overseas so our friend e-mailed us and we told her we should stay together and authorized her to notify the hotel to book us with her. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, when we got to Agrigento we went to the Kaos hotel, the reason for the cancelation was "lack of water". I asked the reception staff if the Kore Hotel, were we were booked, had a pool, the man said no. I asked him how could you say it is comparable when it does not have a pool; the answer was that it was a 4 star hotel. Well, we had to drive about 4 kilometers from Kaos to the new hotel. The Kore Hotel is not near the beach on a secluded area as the Kaos, it is on a busy street, next to a McDonalds in the middle of the town. There was no pool and certainly this was not a 4 star hotel, the room did not have a closet and the beds were sub-par. Needless to say, our experience of Sicily and Agrigento in particular was damaged. To make matters worse, we were charged the same amount of money for the room we had already paid to Kaos for the obviously inferior quality and overall experience of the Kore hotel. So the moral of the story is, make sure that if you book with Kaos, be prepared to be disappointed because it could happen to you.

l’hotel est en grand travaux.Impossible de se reposer dans la journée à cause du bruit des perceuses et perforateurs.Pas de climatisation alors qu’il fait jusqu’a 39 degrés la nuit.Pas de tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires de toilettes.Impossible de régler la douche......Accès très compliqué.Bref hôtel sans intérêt.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre donnant sur un mur et une yves ou plutôt un écran d’ordi et une box qui ne fonctionne pas 2 h d’att Et rien ils nous ont finalement trouvé une chambre avec balcon vue mer beaucoup mieux et tout fonctionnait Le restaurant est très bien pour le petit-déjeuner mais pour le dîner fait grande cantine Le jardin et la structure extérieure ne sont pas entretenus
