Our stay at the Marriott courtyard was superb.when we entered the property we were a bit apprehensive since the place appeared smaller than the website pictures. But all our fears were allayed as soon as we met Smiti at reception! She was kind, warm friendly , caring and as soon as she heard that we were arriving after a stomach flu in Delhi, she arranged tea and drinks for us and upgraded our room and looked after our welfare till we checked out. ITC is a very beautiful resort, however the room were a little dated. I booked 3 rooms, 1 room did not have wifi, the TV was outdated and did not have Netflix. The service was great and buffet for breakfast. The street entering the hotel is very busy and noisy, it’s hard cross the street there are no stop lights, at one point I called a rickshaw to just cross the street. The hotel was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable rooms, very courteous staff, sumptuous buffet. Superb experience. We went to Agra first and then to Delhi where we stayed in Hyatt Regency and were disappointed and really missed the Agra Radisson facilities. The buffet had fantastic variety and the food was very tasty. We were very happy. I would like to congratulate the hotel staff and HR for providing such a fabulous experience.
