Agios Nikolaos

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the room had stained bed sheets and towels, and it was clear that at least one of the bed sheets had not been changed. After reporting the issue, it took about an hour for housekeeping to bring clean linens and towels, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Cleanliness should never be something guests have to question. The amenities were also lacking. The entire hotel had only one iron for all guests, so you had to request it and wait until it became available. This was extremely inconvenient, especially for travelers getting ready for dinner or excursions. The pool area was another disappointment. There was no staff available to provide towels or assist guests, and the lounge chairs were old, worn out, and ripped, making the space feel neglected. The staff was also very rude and lacked the professionalism and hospitality you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Family operated No on duty staff. Mostly budget family hotel. Choose the location to be away from the busy nightlife of the boardwalk for quite undisturbed mornings so no breakfast was fine, we thought. One problem family’s with kids are up early and very disturbing and loud. Next year we’ll be back on the boardwalk.
