- An equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils)

- A bathroom with shower, towel rail and WC

- A small terrace with garden furniture and a view of the harbour

- Individual heating, fan, clothes drying rack

- West-facing exposure



The La Croisette residence is ideally located at the port of Cap d'Agde:

- just a stone's throw from La Plagette beach

- 100m from shops and all other amenities.

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
