We look forward to welcoming you to this comfortable flat for your holidays!

Located on the ground floor of a secure residence with indoor swimming pool, this fully-equipped duplex flat
fully equipped duplex apartment has a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and a pleasant terrace with jacuzzi. The beach is at your feet, accessible via a small private road. You'll also have parking spaces with hook-up for electric vehicles.

Accommodation:
With a surface area of 46 m2, this duplex apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
Ground floor:
- Living room with TV lounge and sofa bed, kitchen area equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo machine. Two high stools for a coffee break!
- Shower room with toilet.

First floor:
A spiral staircase takes you up to the sleeping area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, TV and some storage space
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds made up of a double bed (140cm) below and a single bed (90cm) above.
- Small utility room with washing machine.
For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outside:
- An attractive 12m2 south-east-facing wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and aperitifs, a barbecue and a Spa to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

In the residence :
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, as well as its terrace with sea view.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available with a recharging point for electric vehicles.

Area :
With its exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d'Agde in a private residence with direct access to the beach.
5/10 min by car from the port of Cap d'Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops, Ferris wheel... as well as the leisure island, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
This location is ideal for a successful holiday.

Transport:
Private parking space in the residence with automatic gate and free public parking nearby.
Public transport nearby: bus just a few metres away.

Notes :
If you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place, we have additional accommodation available in this residence. We offer the following accommodation: Ares, Zephyr, Artemis, Le Littoral and Villa Hestia. Each property can be booked independently.

10€ /person. Towels are not provided. Non-smoking accommodation.

Emplacement parfait mais logement nécessitant un rafraîchissement

Emplacement du logement idéal + parking sécurisé dans l'enceinte, mais l'appartement a souffert des locations successives. Peu d'équipements, mauvais état général de la salle de bain, de l'escalier, de la literie, de la vaisselle, peu de possibilités pour étendre le linge.
