The noise is a definitive minus for the property, I had only 1 towel, the balcony door didnt close, bathroom light over sink was out, actually had huge spider in webs on ceiling next to the balcony door, roach in bathroom. Some staffers gave friend greeting and others said nothing.

I stayed at Hamilton for 5 nights in February for my solo trip . I found the room to be comfortable,beds comfortable, nice size balcony terrace and clean. Only downside as no kettle or anything in the room to make a cup of tea. Saying that there was a lovely bar in the lobby which serves anything you may require. Downstairs pool area nice and relaxing, outside bar serves food which was lovely also… all Staff were friendly and helpful :) Close to beach, marina all walkable distance. Over all positive stay at the Hamilton hotel thank-you for a nice stay.

The noise from the surrounding nightclubs was terrible and when the music ended around 3 to 4 in the morning, the cars started honking like crazy because the road was congested because of the taxis coming after those from the club. Those people don't have a little patience, they honk in herd, and we woke up and actually couldn't fall asleep until they calmed down after almost an hour. And when they calmed down and I fell asleep, the noise from the hotel started. They were renovating the corridor, painting, cutting with the flex and so on. Also, the room door creaked terribly, both from my room and from my mother's room. Being with a 7-month-old child, I was afraid to open the door so as not to wake him up. I asked at the reception how long the renovations would take because my child was sleeping 2 times during the day, I was told one more day. I had patience, but after 4 sleepless nights, I asked for another room and they gave me another room where it was better. They should have closed the hotel, renovated it and then open it again. Another thing that bothered me is that I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the guy at the reception didn't know how to calculate well, on the invoice it was clearly written that we had to pay a tax of £13.50 and in his calculations he made us pay £25. But I didn't do circus for a few coins because we were tired and had a 7-month-old baby in my arms. Cleanliness is at a low level.

c'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne la première tt était top en novembre cette fois ci on nous a donné une chambre vue sur l'hôtel ARGANA TROP DE BRUIT insupportable j'imagine même pas l'été nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner non plus cette fois ci on déjeuner dehors pour 3.50€/personne très copieux voila jsinon toujours trés accueillant .

Ze maken pas schoon als je erom vraagt. Dan doen ze het ook maar voor een gedeelte. Je moet steeds om schone handoeken vragen. Ontbijt weinig keus. Er os in dec geen entertainmentprogramma. Dat is heel jammer met kinderen.

The rooms were dirty, along with the beds. There were literal spiders on the walls. The walls are so weak, can hear screaming around the corridor in the middle of the night

When I checked in I did not like the room assigned to me it was facing an ugly wall., the stuff was rood specially one guy his name was Heshem he gave me a room at the 5th floor facing an outdoor nightclub the music was so load until 4Am then everybody went out and cars and drunk people notices again was unbearable until 5Am the i was so tired and slept until 10 am then woke up again by the Noice of the swimming pool music it was the worst night ever for me . I spoke to the manager his name was Mahdy then he moved to another room was better but last night i saw a big cockroach run from the bathroom and hide behind the bed i then decided to check out and whet to another hotel, it was waste of my money, health and time, my trip was really ruined , i do not recommand it at all.

Quand je suis arrivée ils ne retrouver pas ma réservation j'ai eu peur mais tout a été régler au bout de quelque minute... Nous étions 2 on nous a donner une chambre 3 lits une place matelas et oreiller au top, chambre très spacieuse avec vu sur la piscine, propre et salle de bain très grande aussi. Petit point sur le petit déjeuner rien a dire il a vraiment le choix du salé au sucré vraiment rien a redire la dessus Propreté OK, après un peu bruyant le soir et encore nous y sommes aller hors saison sinon super séjour à refaire Merci à toute l'équipes!

The decoration of the property. The hotel needs to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom are the worst part, they need to buy a new sink, tap, toilet, etc. To complete it, there were many dead flies on the balcony and there were cockroaches in my room.

Personnel peu aimable, a essayé de faire payer 2 fois les taxes au check in et check out... Le jeune à l'accueil refuse toutes les demandes (inviter une fille ok on peut comprendre mais pourquoi quand c'est un groupe de personnes qui reservent il n'y a pas de souci pour eux c'est eux mêmes qui me l'avait recommandé cet hôtel...) autre demande refusée : faire le check out à 15h car c'est l'heure où je dois quitter l'hôtel pour mon vol, du coup j'ai du rester travailler (télétravail) dans le hall bruyant...

My overall experience was mixed, property looks good outside, Reception area too looks great however the rooms are quite outdated and definitely does need a refresh - for instance the toilets in Room 410 has lots of stains from wear and tear and there’s no smoke detector in the room for safety purposes. Most of the staff I encountered were really nice and friendly however I was singled out by a rude concierge (an elderly man) one afternoon on my way back to the hotel who shouted ‘hey hey, are you staying here… I responded yes I am and he proceeded to ask me to tell him my room number until one of the Receptionists saw who checked my in saw me and then told him to cool it off’. Bear in mind that several others (white folks) were walking right in front of me but were never asked if they stayed there or not. I was definitely targeted because I’m black and that is downright disgusting. The security guards and the Reception staff were always very polite but the concierge guy who did that shouldn’t be in a front facing hospitality role or any other hospitality role for that matter.

El hotel tenia unas instalaciones muy estropeadas, las zonas comunes deterioradas, necesita una reforma importante. La piscina tambien necesita una remodelación completa y la zona de césped común estaba destrozada sin poder acceder a ella. Hay espacios literalmente abandonados que no se puede transitar por donde tu pasas. Estabamos en la planta baja que daba a la piscina. Esta pegado a la discoteca Versache y hay muchisimas mas discotecas. Desde las 10/11 de la noche muchisimo ruido e inseguro. Dificilísimo aparcar después de comer. Reservaban los aparcamientos para los clientes de la discoteca. Las discotecas cierran a las 5 y es horrible la situacion riudosa que se vive alli, coches, peleas, ruidos que dese el hoye puedes oir. Hemos salido esta madrugada a las 5:30 para coger el coche porque teniamos el vuelo a las 8:00 y lo pasamos fatal. Ibamos con nuestro hijo de 9 años y presenciamos una pelea de un portero echando a otros clientes. Nos metimos corriendo en el coche. No tecomendaria jamas este hotel, ni por ubicacion, porque no queda cerca de la playa ya que hay que dar toda la vuelta a la manzana porque el acceso trasero esta cerrado porque el hotel tiene las instalaciones sin acceso por deterioro, ni por precio, ni para descanso. A favor solo decir que el personal fue correcto.

Propre et bien tenu. Personnel bienveillant. Bruyant (discothèques autour). Difficultés pour obtenir la chambre à l'arrivée malgré réservation et appel pour avoir confirmation d'avoir été enregistrés (repondent pas au mails et seulement parfois au téléphone). Pareil au départ... le dernier jour a 1h du matin ils nous reveillent pensant la chambre vide puis essaient de nous la faire repayer au depart.

For the price paid, Hamilton is worth booking if you’re looking to stay somewhere on the cheaper side. Location is great, the beds were really comfortable but the bathroom needs some updating.
