It’s dirty, rundown, flooding from shower from previous guests, smells like cigarettes everywhere as workers smoke beside the rooms, check-in staff did not speak English or Turkish; she was unfriendly and told us to just step in ..."

"Lovely family who were very smiley but the room was appalling, paint all in th3 wrong places, bathroom cupboard broken, light switch covers missing, jacuzzi didn’t work, furniture literally falling apart. The worst was that the fire escape map on the back of our door was for the wrong hotel!"
