「Newer beautiful hotel that is spacious, with art installations around every corner, generous amenities, and wonderful breakfast with buffet and ready-made hot options. Staff solicitous and friendly and location so convenient to the conference centre, but also easy walk to the river and nearby monuments. Lovely library and common spaces including the honour bar, just wish I had more time at the hotel to explore the complimentary adjacent galleries and courtyard! Something to look forward to...

「ホテルの客室は清潔で問題なかったが、壁が薄く、隣の声が丸聞こえで眠れなかった。スタッフは親切、朝食も一般的なものであったが、美味しかった。」

「到着時、建物には鍵番号が分からないと入れなかった。（フロントも無い） チェックイン時間を過ぎても入室に関する連絡が無く、WhatsUppで連絡する必要があった。 チェックアウトもキーボックスに鍵を置いていくだけなので、チェックイン時に宿泊代を支払う他は一切やり取りをしなかった。（朝食は頼まなかった） 部屋の外に簡単なキッチンと冷蔵庫があり、自由に使えるが、共用部の音はつつぬけなので、深夜に少しうるさいこともあった。」
