「Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

Inoltre no siamo soddisfatti di come siamo stati trattati. Zeer ruim opgezet resort zonder hoogbouw (een golfkarretje brengt je naar je kamer) met erg veel activiteiten; van yoga tot voetbal, van wellness tot mountainbiken, van beach volley tot dansles en van watersport tot boogschieten. The furniture is very old and worn, and parts of the walls have been patchily repainted. The bathroom has a bathtub and feels very cramped. The beach is beautiful; however, the entrance to the sea is very rocky, with large stones that create a risk of slipping and falling.
