"I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

"It’s a beautiful property. Well maintained. Our room was newly remodeled in a sleek and basic design. Walk in shower with rainforest shower head. Beds were comfortable. Staff made one feel very welcome. Food was good with some decent variety. "

"The hotel itself was very nice and the food was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend this hotel to anyone surrounding area was pretty rundown and a lot of buildings were lying empty the beach had seen better days could have been needing a good clean up I know that the season was at the start "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of dining options with great food and excellent service. Also fabulous range of drinks and cocktails with attentive bar and waiting staff. The only only downfall was the cleaning of room each day was a little poor, forgetting basics such as toilet roll and the ants were persistent. It was also a struggle to get a seat in the evenings to watch the live entertainment, which was also really good. "

"Excellent position, fantastic views over the sea, sea room with a view a definite must,service by all staff excellent, All inclusive is definitely worth it.. Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs"

"Lovely hotel in central position in Rhodes Town, enabling easy walking and shopping options. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the manager was very hands on, keeping an eye on everything. The food on all inclusive was very good and varied and the pizzas were excellent. Drinks were great and never too much of a queue at the bars. The pool was smallish and cool and there’s limited sunbathing area, but we managed despite the usual reserving of sun beds and then people only turned up in...
