"My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a...

"Do not stay here!! The home is in the ghetto. We were afraid to leave our car out all night. not only that but the communication with the management company is terrible. They sent us multiple emails and phone calls asking for the same registration card to be completed....we had already completed! We arrived at the house on Christmas day and the door code did not work. I then had to argue with the management company on the phone about the multiple times we had sent in the info they required...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Medical Ctr NW

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean, staff were nice and approachable. Breakfast was hot and ready !"

Comfort Inn and Suites Near Medical Center

8/10 Good

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The fridge & freezer worked well. They was a coffee machine & microwave but we didn't use them. The hot tub had no controls and was barely warm and the water in both the pool and the hot tub were light green, not well maintained or cleaned. The breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, waffles and juice & coffee. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was good as you have an IHOP right next door and a chicken place called Bill Miller, just a walk across the parking lot."
