"I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

The Elm Cafe was a great feature and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool during the day. Would highly recommend to stay here and hope to visit again!"
