Disappointed
Cannot give you an overall impression of this property as we did not get to actually stay or see this property the one we actually booked and paid for. We received a message when driving to the property that we would have to stay in another property because of an infestation of cockroaches. We arrived at another villa, this was late in the evening and having 4 young children with us too late to object. We originally booked for the pool to be heated, this one wasn't so had to wait until next day for pool man to come and wait another couple of days for the pool to be warm enough for a baby and toddler to use. The TV was in Russian had to wait for a man to come and change the language, the TV kept stalling while we were watching it. We had hired golf clubs and had pre booked delivery to the original villa found out that when they tried to deliver the morning after we arrived there was someone else at our original property. The villa we stayed had a disconnected layout where two bedrooms were in the basement and you had to externally go from the bedrooms to the rest of the property not ideal for a family with young children. Two days into the stay we had cockroaches in the basement not nice where young children are meant to be sleeping. So even though we had paid for an expensive villa we thought we would be able to relax in for a week we had to spend most of our time out of the villa at extra cost to occupy the children. There was no contact from management/office only a call for the return of keys.
