The staff were very courteous and contentious, service was very good in the bar/restaurant. We had been wanting to stay at Hotel Lorenzo for some time, based solely on the outside lights and interior aesthetic. It may have been a bit better when it was still fresh, but it was a little lackluster as it currently stands. "
