There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. "This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! "The room was much smaller and impossible for 3 people so I had to rent another room. During the stay we found on multiple occasions multiple cockroach and by day 9 we left the property by having a cockroach walking on my body. Get the place cleaned up and I am requesting a refund"
