"This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. "Hotel Elivi is the best hotel on Skiathos. You don't need to leave the hotel. It has everything! Beaches, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. There's also a market next door for snacks, drinks, souvenirs. The area is so tranquil and peaceful for anyone needing a reset. It is a little far from Skiathos town and airport. If you don't have a taxi reserved when you get there, there's a bus that will take you to the hotel for 3 euros. It runs every 20 minutes. However, the hotel is the last stop so it takes about an hour to get there. The hotel can arrange for taxi pick up. It's about 30 euros."
