"The host was amazing she was direct and available. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed myself to the max. I have no complaints planning on booking again and staying at this villa. The pool wasn’t cleaning I’m assuming is not pool season. The rooms are modern king size beds. The mirrors and lighting amazing. I love every bit of this place. "

"The house/property was beautifully set out and clean.A larger frying pan and possibly an electric toaster in the kitchen would be a welcomed addition as we did a lot of cooking.Private parking with remote controlled automatic gates making the whole stay feeling safe and secure.As mentioned by a previous guest, having the house number on the auto gates would be good as we also had difficulty finding the property.Only 20mins from Sangster International Airport so it wasn't a long journey once we got through the airport.Air Con in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedroom kept the temperature cool in the 32C - 34C heat outside.Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues.Host sent courtesy messages to check all was good and was available to contact if/when needed.We will definitely be staying there again without any hesitation.Highly Recommended "

"No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"My family and I were looking to spend a week in Jamaica. We ran across this beautiful property and instantly caught our attention. Check in was really smooth. The property was exactly what we saw online. The first morning we didn’t know how to work the stove and we called Christopher and he instructed us. Our remote was broken for the TV and Christopher replaced it speedily. I really like the security that we felt being there. Our rooms were comfy. Next time when we come to Jamaica we are definitely staying here again. Thanks also to Tanya who replied to our WhatsApp messages. "

"The Pines Villa located in Montego Bay Jamaica was the perfect home away from home my family needed during our trip to Jamaica in July 2025! The house was super spacious and spotless for our group of 10. For our stay, we had multiple families/households and each floor of the house had a separate kitchen, balcony, AC unit with controls in all rooms, strong WIFI connection and multiple bedrooms on each floor, making entertainment or quiet time convenient for each group. Furthermore, all kitchens had sufficient appliances/dishes allowing us to make our own meals if needed. Lastly, the water temperature and pressure in all bathrooms were great during the stay (even with everyone getting ready at once). The outdoor area was well maintained with a pool, we swam every day after our excursions! If requested a chef can make a delicious meal for your group using the outdoor kitchen area that faces the pool. Communication was consistent and as part of the rental package, a driver was available to pick our group up from the airport and drop us off, even with us having different flight schedules. I highly recommend Pines Villa for your family, the house is close to the airport and major attractions, plus the host is a native who is knowledgeable about the community and will do their utmost in making sure you have a safe and enjoyable vacation. "The are was quite felt safe however, the interior was not what i expected. Furnitures old looking only one of the AC was working so we all stay in the bedroom with the working AC. Too hot not to have AC in the living room fan cannot manage the heat."
