壊れたシャワー室に案内され、不誠実な対応。

シャワーが壊れていましたが、何も対応してくれませんでした。複数人で泊ったため別部屋も確認したところ、隣の部屋にバケツがなく、私の部屋にはバケツがあり、壊れているのを知っていなかったというの話は嘘でした。そして、明日部屋を変更すると言われましたが、1泊でチェックアウトするのに意味がない回答であり、二度と泊まりませんし、泊まるべきホテルではありませんし。

The hotel is very close to the airport, that was my one of the main reasons I booked a stay so I can get there quick. The hotel has two buildings, one has all the amenities while the other one I stayed has a restaurant and a hang out place which is currently undergoing refurbishment. The room I stayed was clean and tidy. The shower needs repairing and so is the thermostat controller. Bed was not that comfortable but okay to sleep on. The amenities on the other site seemed decent, did not get to use the pool or gym. Watched a World Cup match at the open bar with food served. Service was slow and food is okay. Not too much options for the value quoted. I recommend here if you need to be close to the airport, a twmp stay and on a budget as it is off the city. If you need to visit the city and tourist destinations, I would not recommend as its far from centre and would spend more money and time travelling to locations.

Very isolated grounds. Badly decorated room, only 4 TV channels 2 of which were football, pillows very spongy and uncomfortable. I had N42k standard room as thankfully i was only there for one night and it's 10mins from the airport. There was a ceiling leaking outside my room which I was told would be fixed but by next morning it was still leaking onto the general corridor. Very noisy a/c unit, kept waking me up during the night. No spyglass in the door, a simple security item that would have helped. It's an old building they aren't maintaining it, typical in Nigeria. No spy glass in door. Internal door lock not working. Drawers sliding out, unable to stay closed. Only positive feedback is the Afang soup was very nice. They are building a new wing, I was shown around, very nicely decorated rooms but I still wouldn't stay there again as it seems to be on very barren land. If you stay here ask to be one of the 2 newer buildings.

It was close by the airport so very useful. The shuttle was 8000 nairas and not 3000.
