I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

"Within two hours" we vacated frantically found another hotel in Expedia! Wasted money! Why?
This hotel is located in a dark alley inaccessible even by local drivers, no nearby restaurants, Cannot communicate with manager or anyone NO ENGLISH. Cannot call taxi or uber unless you pay extra due to location. Not safe for family, children. May be for solo traveler's ok. Not on GPS!

Just recently stayed at this hotel and loved everything about it the convenience of the pyramids the location and how helpful the staff is there. Jimmy and his family and staff made us feel very welcome like family and were there to help us have the best experience. The hotel was very nice. The rooftop with the breakfast every morning was amazing. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I also did a lot of excursions through the hotel which was easy and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
