First time in Egypt & this property is about 30 minutes from Cairo. I loved my stay. The staff was friendly & super helpful. The room was very comfortable. We had the royal suite & had a living & dining room, with a two-bedroom apartment, with three balconies; one attached to the living room & one to each of the bedrooms, which overlooked the front of the property. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.
Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile.

"We were very satisfied with our stay. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier.
The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. There was a kettle to heat water for tea and coffee, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and stove....
