「Very clean and close to city centre by car」

「This is a nice bed and breakfast in a good location. Easy parking outside and short walk for bus or train services. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and the host was very welcoming.」

「Unassuming from the outside but airy, clean and calm inside, the service was first class, the room was terrific - quiet, clean and with tea, coffee and fresh milk, you couldn't ask for more from a guest house. The parking was secure and attached to the house. All in all, hard to beat.」

「For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped. The price as right. For a short stay, as good as places twice the price. If I had stayed a little longer, a room with more space to work would have been...

「Fantastic building amenities. I had a great view and loved the space. It was great to have a gym and laundry. It was noisy at night because of the nightclubs close by. The building itself was very quiet. Communication with Charles hope was not very good. It took a while to get answers, if at all. 」

「Loved having our own space. Feels like you're in your own unique home. Very quiet, no noise from next door apartroom. Fantastic sleep in a very comfortable superking bed. Very powerful shower. All mod cons, so you can cook yourselves or order in a takeaway. There is a laundry room on the premises, although we didn't use but saw others use. Only downfall we had is there is not much space at the sides of the bed and you havent got enough shelves at bedside. 」
