「The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!」

「This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped.
As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. A great sleep for all, and a lovely shower in the morning. Would choose this hotel if I...

「We enjoyed our stay at the Copthorne Hotel. Met by friendly staff and received an upgrade. Although early a room was ready so were able to get into our room. Everything was really fresh and clean. The bed was really comfy. Also had wifi and live football if wanted to watch which you don't often get. Breakfast was really fresh and nice tasty produce. Great choices. 」
