"Very disappointed about the maintenance of the hotel. The door of the room is extremely difficult to open or close. Had to use strong force , entire body or kicking to open or close. I was concerned during fire emergency, would be very difficult to open the open the door while I am inside the room. Requested to change the room. The front desk clerk said they recently change the lock. All of the rooms are the same. It doesn’t help if they change room for us. I noticed they put a metal plate around the side of the door. It makes the door almost like jammed in between. My stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as I expected."

" Nice and quiet "

"We arrived early and room wasn’t ready. However the receptionist promised to call when the room would be ready, but never did. Room and furnishings were outdated. The air felt musty and had an unpleasant smell."

"Very nice room but I think they forgot to vacuum, everything else was perfect. "

"On 2nd floor but cannot see ocean as the sand dunes are in the way. Not clean, but cheap."

"This is the first time staying at this place and it was perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed an extra few nights. This will be our go to place from now on."
