Amazing staff, and the room was small, with all that we needed.

Spotless and great location!

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay was overall average. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff kindly accommodated us a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The room was decent but nothing exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was of average quality. One disappointing experience was with a discount offer of up to 20% off. The front desk told us it should be applied at the restaurant, while the restaurant staff sent us back to the front desk. In the end, the discount was never honored, which left a negative impression. Overall, the stay was fine, but the service communication and follow-through could definitely be improved.

Beautiful property with rich history. Great location walking distance to most sightseeing. Best part of the property is to stay at the historic section which makes the experience legendary.
