"I can’t say enough about Gemma, Alessandro and his wife. Do to delays during my travels I was very late getting to the apartment but they were all there to greet me which was just what I needed after my very long exhausting day. They took me into the apartment and showed me around making sure I was as settled as I could be. "This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."
