「The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. 「This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. 「The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. The hall bathroom upstairs shower was used by one person once and had some leaking in the kitchen. We reported right away and didn’t use that shower again. 「The condo is in a quiet gated community within 20 minutes of Disney. The back has a little peaceful pond full of birds and alligators. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in area looking out. Its an additional cost to heat the pool located within the condo but we were rarely there so did not choose to pay the fee. There is a resort pool area in walking distance but it is not the one shown in the pictures (the one pictured is a short drive away from this unit). Just FYI - no carry-ins allowed in...

「First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter.
