「Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel . 」

「Hotel molto moderno e bello. Molto bella la camera anche se ho prenotato una vista montagna e mi hanno dato una vista cortile interno. Non capisco perché la navetta accompagna per un tragitto di scarsi 200 metri e non accompagna in paese. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per le piste ma non bella per il luogo. 」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「一番印象に残ったのはレセプション（チェックイン・チェックアウト）のスタッフが親切で、不慣れな私たちに対する細やかな心遣いでした。５星ホテルですから設備も立派でしたし、ウエルカムフルーツが出たり、バスルームも大変使いやすかったのですが、それにもましてどのスタッフも、宿泊客の立場に立ったサービスを提供して下さったのが、さすが５星ホテルだという感じです。場所もすべてのバスが停まるバスターミナル（広場）へも出やすく2つのロープウエイへのアクセスもしやすい、とても使いやすい位置にあるホテルでした。食事も美味しく、ダイニングのスタッフからも細やかなサービスを受けました。次も又此処を使いたいホテルです。」

「La vera forza dell’hotel è sicuramente il ristorante, assolutamente perfetto! Camere belle anche se con qualcosa da sistemare (eravamo nella suite e c’erano i materassi separati, abbiamo avuto un po’ di problemi con il riscaldamento) Personale gentile e disponibile, servizi e pulizia ottimi!!!」

「Hohe Personaldichte sehr kompetent und freundlich! Traumhafte Location mit besonderem Flair durch die Bauweise und Lage. Auch die Gastro ist auf absolutem TOP-Niveau lediglich die Portionen sind ivm. Den 6-Gänge menüs manchmal etwas zu viel gewesen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und dieser wurde nicht nur geduldet sondern war willkommen, begonnen beim Begrüßungspäcken für den Hund, über die überziehlacken für die Sofas bis hin zur Putzfrau die sich jeden Einzelnen Tag die Mühe machte die Haare...
