"Unser Aufenthalt war leider von mehreren organisatorischen Herausforderungen geprägt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Hotelleitung nicht vor Ort, was sich aus unserer Sicht auch in der Abstimmung der Abläufe widerspiegelte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war teilweise erschwert, da Englischkenntnisse nicht durchgehend vorhanden waren. Die Aufzüge waren stark ausgelastet, wodurch Wartezeiten von bis zu 10–15 Minuten entstehen konnten. Das Frühstück war organisatorisch wenig effizient:...

"We stayed at the intercontinental for one night. The location is excellent which allowed us to walk to the park Eduardo VII to see the most espectacular views of Lisbon, and the main avenue of libertadores which you can walk all the way down to Plaza de Mercado The hotel amenities are great and the restaurant really good. I will definitely be staying there next time I travel to Lisbon. "
