「Everything was perfect. From staff greeting us and helping with luggage when we got off ferry to bringing our luggage back to ferry terminal on the day we leave. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to ferry and main square. Big selection for breakfast is a plus.」

「Beim Check In waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. Mussten erstmal das Personal überzeugen die schmutzigen Betlaken auszutauschen. Diese waren noch von der Vorherigen Familie. Danach hat sich das Personal bemüht das Zimmer sauber zu halten. Es lag aber auch am Benehmen der anderer Gäste, so dass wir nicht zur Ruhe kamen. Ab 6:00 Uhr in der Früh bis 1:30 Uhr haben Kinder im Gang rumgeschrien. Die Zimmertüren knallten ständig laut zu. Und der Klassiker „der Badehandtuch-Kampf um die Sonnenliegen“. Es...

「The location was excellent - on a quiet pedestrian street near a number of very nice restaurants. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The owner was especially helpful the next day. We needed to find a hotel with a washer/dryer at our next destination, so we were calling hotels prior to booking. He got on the phone and spoke with the other hotels to confirm that they had washer/dryers available. 」

「Sinceramente me ha decepcionado mucho la gestión del servicio al cliente, llevo reclamando una factura de un taxi boat que tuve que coger a la 1 am porque previamente expedia había cogido mi vuelo a zagreb en lugar de a split y llevo reclamando más de una semana, la factura tanto a obonjan como a la empresa privada que gestiona estos barcos y todavía nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo, por lo que expedia no puede hacerme todavia la devolución del importe que fueron 80 euros」
