"Everything is walkable. It takes around 15mins to train station and city bike is also nearby. Recent renovated. Carpet is brand new and smells good in the hotel. Vibe is nostalgic, althought the celling is pretty low. Lots staff in the lobby but they seems don't know what to do. Very strict about late check out/ early check in- TWD300/ hour. Great breakfast!! "I had several wonderful stays that Hotel.com offered. This time the experience " flower Angel-Tainan" disappointed me or even angry. The hotel address is incorrect, and the contact number is an unregistered domestic line. Furthermore, I didn't see any government certificates of hotel or R&B around the front desk.
