「The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. 」

「部屋は広いし、サウゼデュルクスのバス停やツーリストインフォメーションからも近いし、朝食も美味しいので良かったが、Wifiは無料だが1日30分しか使えない上速度も遅すぎるのでその点はフマンが残った。」

「A nice hotel in a good location, with friendly staff too. Although, I paid a high rate for my stay and was disappointed that I was unable to use any of the facilities without paying even more. The breakfast was also another €15 euros per day. 」

「This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu...
