"Nothing “magical” about this Disney stay. Staff were obnoxious, beds extremely uncomfortable, no room service, over priced restaurant, poor quality food, half the hotel was a construction site. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels over the world and this was by far the worst experience "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and each time I return to Hing Kong it is my first choice. Needless to say it’s worth checking out! It has all of the right things going for it as a four start hotel. "

"The room is big and spacious. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they don’t provide in the rooms. The staff are so friendly. Can’t comment on the swimming as it was closed for yearly maintenance. The kids club was a bit of a let down as they require at least 1 parent to stay with the kids. "
