"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."

"The room was lovely with excellent views of the bay. A short walk to the centre of St Ives, however, like other properties there, it was a steep climb heading back. The host was approachable, with a self service breakfast available. "
