I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. "Other than the room being very small, the location was great. The room was clean and the staff was very kind. Sleepwear was provided and amenities. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for the location alone. "

"The hotel is located on a mountain close to the center of town. It was very easy to go to the castle and garden by car. The breakfast was awesome and the room was very large and spacious. The view from our room was amazing, looking out over the city. "

"Temperature inside the building was too warm and the air was dry. Toilet inside the room did not smell fresh. No cold water bath in the hot spring/sauna area. Ocean view was very nice. Food was okay but I would have preferred an option for a western breakfast."
