「We loved our stay at the Place. Our view is the ocean was breathtaking. The sunsets were perfect. Our room was very clean and private. The only thing we found annoying was that our AC unit kept turning off on its own. We’d return from town and our room would be too hot to sit in comfortably. 「This is a lovely, clean hotel in a great location if you are staying in Koh Tao. It is at the top of the hill, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the shops/Sairee Beach (they do offer a shuttle every hour to take you down). We were disappointed when we got there as we had booked a villa, but it was “under maintenance”, so they gave us a deluxe room instead, the view was great, but it was disappointing as it isn’t what we wanted. Breakfast is included, we had a few hiccups with what was ordered...
