"Some of the best few days I have ever had on holiday. The entire experience was seamless. Staff at all times extremely welcoming and super friendly, the game drives are extremely well organised and well run. The advantage being they all communicate via radio and work together to have the best chance to see what you go for. We were there 3 nights and we saw everything we went for, all the big ones some even more than once. One extra night would have been perfect I feel "

"Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff "

The only issues we had was that we booked breakfast included rate only to be told by the hotel that our booking does not include breakfast. We booked a superior room with a bath due to the fact that I had a back op, the images and information on the website showed the superior room with a bath and shower. We were told the superior room comes without a bath....

"Our room had sand and didn’t seem like it was prepared properly before our arrival. Also didn’t have an iron and ironing board. They told me I need to pay one of their staff to iron my clothing for me."
