"We always stay here on our business trips to Katowice. The hotel is nice and clean, it has a great bar area for drinks and their breakfast is great too. This time the heating system was very difficult to deal with as it was either cold or boiling hot in the room. Also I just noticed how small the blankets are. Apart from this it’s still one if the safest choice in the city and I’ll definitely stay here next time as well."

"We stayed here while at a conference with my partner and son. Hotel was very clean, room cleaned everyday if you want. Lots of green incentives in the hotel with the water filter by the lifts and the trust of towels if you don't want them changed. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from for everyone. The gym seemed well equipped but we didn't use that. The pill and jacuzzi were both used and they were very good. All of the staff were very friendly at all times."

"Great service, they upgraded my room size. Happy the freezer in the min fridge was larger than normal. Easy to uber around and this place is closer to the train station than I thought. It is nice to have a restaurant at the top also with good food and nice staff. Get the breakfast also in the mornings."

"Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast (!) and staff, free parking. Super nice receptionist and I think it was a super nice owner taking care of each detail on the breakfast shift. I travel a lot, I'm spoiled but not often I feel that I want to comment good things ;) "

"Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. Quindi, malgrado l'uso etico che ne fanno, direi che non dovrebbero dare disponibilità su piattaforme come Hotels.com e, sopratutto, non...
