「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「駅やバスターミナルから近く、旧市街にも徒歩で行ける好立地。部屋も清掃が行き届いており、綺麗な状態だった。ボトルの水が半分の状態だったのは気になったが、レセプションに言うと直ぐに新しい水を提供してくれた。」

「チェックイン時の対応は今一でしたが、その後フロントの方は質問にも丁寧に答えて下さいました。 ホテルの立地も良く美味しい朝食付きで良かったのですが、連泊ということで、黙っているとシーツ交換が3日もなされなかったのは、やや残念なでした。」

「中心街から少し遠いですが，きれいな近代的なホテルでとても快適にすごせました。個人的には朝食バイキングがとてもおいしくて大満足でした！！！！」

「All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy...
