"First floor breakfast is great. Delicious food, variety of choices, friendly staff, and coffee takeout by the gate. Indoor spa and pool are amazing! Especially the ice/cold spa! The water could be a little bit warmer. Room is great with nice view. One down side - club lounge staff are not particularly friendly or polite. "

"The room we stayed in was very spacious with warm hard wood floors and made us feel at home. We loved the bath in the room has natural hot springs! Sunset from the roof top pool was exceptional! I’d pick this hotel every time I’m in Chatan. "

"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"The hotel was quite nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was decent size and clean. The only thing I have to say is that the hotel and rooms were quite dark. Needs more lighting. I couldn’t do my makeup or see much. Otherwise everything was great!"

"Great ocean view. Walkable and plenty of taxis nearby. Very efficient housekeeping. Breakfast generally good but lacking sufficient fruits. Would definitely repeat. "

"Great location. Just steps from Heiwa dori and a short walk to Kokusai dori. Tons of eating and drinking places. FamilyMart and Larsons close by to get quick eats or to use ATM for money exchanges. "

"Great property next to the ocean. Two pools plus the adjacent Doubletree. Across the street from American town with lots of shops/restaurants. Saturday night fireworks over the water. Daily buffet is above average."

"It’s close to all the action. We grabbed the monorail 1 1/2 blocks away and took it right to airport. Pool and hot springs were awesome along with free drinks and activities. "

"Close to shopping center with walking distance, property has the resort style design. It's a pity that the swimming pool has cold water; if it were a heated pool, it would be perfect for family trips with children."
