"Overall good hotel - staff very attentive and friendly - breakfast good selection for all tastes - dinner menu could be a little more refined and smaller portions - wine list could be upgrade and stock half bottles for single travellers - taxi service excellent - rooms basic but comfortable - no coffee/tea facilities in the room but provided downstairs - overall a comfortable stay and convenient for station, trade centre exhibitions and town "

"We liked the price and the hotel quality. The center city was maybe 10 minutes; a nice walk. The underground parking was very convenient ( but a bit tight by USA standards)."

"The main point has to be the staff. All go the extra mile to accommodate a Truely International guest list. When you go, understand this property is in a residential neighborhood next to a park area. If you are wanting an urban experience, this not for you. Calm and relaxed it is. "

"We have been NH customers for a long time and were satisfied until this morning….Very disappointed in terms of early bird possibility regarding breakfast for travelers. Although we had prepaid breakfast the waiter in the restaurants wouldn’t allow us to take advantage of that option at 5:30 am refused to letting us enter and come back at opening hour 6:30!! Which we unfortunately couldn’t as we had to catch our train to the airport !!!"

"The hotel was okay. My only complaint was that I had to sleep with my windows open as the smell in the room was unbearable. I believe it was the carpet- it had a very strong musty odour. "
