"Great hotel just on the edge of the centre of Belfort, nice bistro attached to it"

"Car parking poor. The car park was full and the overflow arrangement with the local railway station is not user friendly. It took 30 mins to exit car park with hotel issued tickets which fail to raise exit barrier. Separately, wifi not accessible . Not acceptable in today’s age. Hotel layout weird and signage to some rooms disappears long before you’re close to room. I would not return to this hotel."

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious...

"Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room."

"Our stay for one night was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean, calm and they already pre-heated the Sauna so we could go there Right away after our arrival. Staff also very friendly. The landscape around invites for nice walks. The only thing that didn’t really convince us was the Food about what we had high expectations (good ratings & in the guide Michelin): not well seasoned/portion size/no surprising flavors/meat not tender. "Nice and pleasant overnight stay en route to the mountains. Small family run place, old farmhouse nicely renovated. Good french gastronomy restaurant. "

"Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."

"Visibly, effort was expended into the decoration and level of service provided, going for a boutique-like chalet atmosphere. The training (probably from an école hôtelière) of the staff was visible, although sometimes inflexible in a French way :-) (Speaking as a Frenchman...) and not attuned to a professional's schedule (but their market is not the corporate world). Although this was to be a once-only stay, I hope to have the opportunity to return."
