「First and foremost we didn’t even get the room we payed for! When we got to the property we were told there was some sort of event and the original room I booked they do not reserve ( although my trip was payed for in advance). They tried to trick us into a better room with the host favorite view, and we got put into a room with a view of sand and volley ball courts. I paid for oceanfront full ocean view. No refund given for anything. The water coming out of the faucets was yellow. Like pee...

「All Valet staff were amazing but all but one front desk staff were not nice or welcoming much less accommodating. One front desk was very nice and welcoming but others were rushing the check in process without greeting or explaining directions etc. just very rushed forgetting about customer service.」

「The property charged for the pre paid room on Expedia even after handing them the printed receipt upon check in to avoid this mistake which commonly happens when pre paying. They also double charged Some other fees. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience to wait and fix it too」
