The food was better than a 3 Michelin star meal we had earlier in our trip and our room felt authentic. This was a true spa experience at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the US, but with much better service."

The onsen at the hotel was a great experience as well. We loved how Kaori hosted us for the Kaiseki dinner at our room. It was very interesting to try all the traditional dishes from Japan. "

"Stayed for 1 night and everything was nice. Expected to arrive late due to flight delay and they still served us dinner. A staff picked us up at the train station though it’s only a few minutes walk. The dinner and breakfast are the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The property is spacious and clean. All staff are nice and friendly. Would love to stay there again in the future."
