"Tried really hard to love this place - fabulous lobby, staircase and lounge. Our room while large lacked natural light - partially due to tree outside but also a window that probably hadn’t been cleaned externally in years. Bar/bistro not open early afternoon and closed at 9 pm. Given that the surrounding area isn’t great to wander round this wasn’t good."

"I parked in their secure parking garage from $55 dollars. I parked up 3 levels from the ground floor. Within hours my car rental window was smashed out and my work equipment was stolen. All the receptionist could do is waive the parking charge. Which still showed up on my bill."

"1. FOOD - Breakfast ($32 Buffet) was not hot (not eggs, not chicken sausage, not hashbrowns, not coffee and pastries were okay. Food was very average. 2. ROOM - VERY AVERAGE. The room was large but had NO comfortable furniture. Bed was fine. Robes were nice. Toilet has a skatted door (NO PRIVACY) and no fan. 3. Parking - garage ONLY. $20 PER DAY. Very reasonable. "

"Small room, big bed. Comfy mattress. Hard to see/access microwave & coffee pot at bottom of dresser. Nice TV. Nice lighted mirror in bathroom. Only 1 electric outlet in room in bathroom but USB connections below each lamp on each side of the bed. It worked but the AC/heater unit was very noisy. Free parking but need to get there early to make sure to get a space. "

"This is an older hotel with hardwood floors. I was on the second floor and could hear every thunderous footstep of the occupants in the room above me. They were up making noise until 2am or 3am each night. I barely got a restful night of sleep while I was there. I told the front desk employee that I wanted a quiet room upon check-in but I knew that he was not going to upgrade me to a higher floor room or a room with a bigger bed (I paid for a double bed) based on the price I paid on hotels.com so it was futile to request it. You get what you pay for and so lesson learned on my part. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you can fall asleep like a log and not be bothered by the loud footsteps of the occupants above you."
