"해운대에서 가족 여행으로 1박을 했습니다. 퀸 2개, 부분 오션 뷰로 잡았습니다. 해운대의 호텔이 이름있는 몇 몇 호텔을 제외하고 상태는 거기서 거기라고 생각이 듭니다. 그래서 아주 쾌적하고, 호화로운 호텔 숙박을 기대하시면 안됩니다. 그럴려면 해변 가까이에 있는 비싼 호텔로 가시면 됩니다. 제가 코오롱 씨클라우드 호텔에서 1박을 하고 난 후 장점이라고 생각이 되는 점 몇 가지 솔직히 남겨드리겠습니다. 우선 위치가 좋습니다. 횡단보도 하나 건너면 백사장으로 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 저는 부분 오션 뷰였기 때문에 바다를 볼 수는 있었지만 뷰를 보는 것만으로 바다 분위기를 느끼는 것에는 한계가 있었습니다. 하지만 백사장과 아주 가까운 위치는 이런 한계를 극복하고도 남았습니다. 특히 모래사장만 보면 띄어드는 남자아이들이 있다면 이런 위치적 장점이 큽니다. 모래에서 놀다가 곧 바로 숙소로 돌아가 씻길 수가 있기 때문입니다. 그리고 해운대에서 숙박을 하시면 해운대 시장을...

"Beautiful hotel great location, front desk staff was helpful although not everyone spoke english they were quick on their feet and able to assist. Hotel buffet is a must try, beautiful view and the food was organized and delicious. "

"Very comfortable hotel. Spacious, well appointed rooms. English speaking staff and a tourist office is just across from the hotel entrance. I'll miss the morning walks along a charming like side. At walking distance inside the Expo park the Solgeo Art Museum has wonderful exhibitions. "

"Clean. Pillows too flat, mattress too hard. Also there are mirrors only in the bathroom, hence more time consuming for 2-3 friends who are sharing the room to get ready together at the same time. Should have mirrors in the room as well."

"The property was clean and bright but breakfast was a ham and cheese crossiant and a wedge of orange. Thinks were broken down elevator twice. Hours were strange no breakfast before 8 no pool before 9. And when we arrived we werent sure where to check in and when we finally decided we must go up to the 2nd fllor there was no staff around for a good 10 minutes. "

"스탭의 전반적인 서비스는 매우 만족하나 모텔 수준의 시설임. 보아하니 골프로 먹고 사는 것 같은데.. 시설이 너무 취약함. 조식도 부산하고 맛은 외관으로 판단하기 보다는 괜찮았음. 평시 인력이 불필요하니 주말 / 연휴 되면 캐파를 못 따라가는게 눈에 보임. 딱히 경주에 마땅한 호텔도 없고 사성이라 하기에는 모텔 수준의 처참한 로칼 호텔임"
